Hiddelston for 007?

MOVIE NEWS!

Tom Hiddleston has fuelled James Bond rumours today after telling the Sunday Times: “I simply love the theme tune, the tropes and the mythology. I love the whole thing. If it ever came knocking, it would be an extraordinary opportunity. And I’m very aware of the physicality of the job. I would not take it lightly.”

Would he make a good 007? One things for sure he's looks good in a suit. He has had some great roles of late - Midnight in Paris, Crimson Peak, and the upcoming High Rise. Let's not forget his massively iconic role as Loki in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (3 films so far and counting).

With Daniel Craig looking more and more unlikely to come back to the role, especially after his comment that "it would only be for the money", a new Bond seems imminent. Does anyone else think Craig just sounds like a spoilt brat? The role brought him lashings of fame, made him a household name and of course plenty of money.

Would you like Tom, or perhaps Idris Elba (that rumour has been spiralling forever) or perhaps someone completely different?
